Public Health Officer

  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of all the activities related to the project.
  • Attend and organize meetings with project personnel and partners.
  • Monitor the progress and adequate implementation of project activities by setting up relevant indicators and respective data collection mechanisms.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to the main project indicators regularly from coordinators, team leaders and partners. 
  • Develop monthly bulletins and quarterly progress reports.
  • Develop technical proposals.
  • Maintain close coordination with CRD’s administration.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Education Degree Details
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master’s degree in public health epidemiology are a must;
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in public health research/project management;
• Experience working with international donor agencies and INGOs is a must;
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills;
• Proven experience of working with a variety of statistical software like R, SAS, STATA, SPSS, etc.
• Proven ability to manipulate and present data by using standard tabulation and statistical software packages.
• Proven ability to visualize and communicate the data, including within a larger narrative report.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft office;
• Fluency in written and oral English.
