IT Technical Support Officer (Beirut)

    1. Client-side IT support for computer & network or any IT related component
    2. Computer & Network maintenance
    3. Setup and configure new computers and network components
    4. Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
    5. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
    6. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
    7. Replace parts as required
    8. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
    9. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
    10. Support the roll-out of new applications
    11. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues at Client Side
    12. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
    13. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
    14. Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
    15. Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
    16. Test and evaluate new technology
    17. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
    18. Communicate and collaborate with the team to solve client issues and requests.
