Concierge

Mission of the position: The Village concierge is responsible for maintaining the security of the SOS Children’s Village, in order to create a safe and secure home environment for the Village children and to protect SOS property. In carrying out his duties, he must courteously receive all visitors and work to uphold the good public image of the organisation. As a member of the Village community, he should support other Village staff in any way possible.

Child Safeguarding (CS)

• Responsible to report any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately, following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the national CS focal person or any other member of the national CS team and/or to respective line manager
