Field surveyor / Data collector

The job consists of working as part of a team of surveyors/field data collectors tasked with collecting specific data from a targeted audience, in a preset geographical area on various subjects, using pre-established questionnaires. Advanced training in the use of the tools will be provided, and payment will be competitive and based on a contractual basis linked to performance in the field. 

We are looking for candidates from all over Lebanon, that have knowledge of their local areas and are able to work in them with ease. 

requirements: 

- BA in social or political sciences, business or statistics, or any related filed

- Knowledge of field surveying/data collecting

- Knowledge of using tablets and software for data entry and collection

- Good geographical, social, political, and economic knowledge of specific areas in Lebanon ( your home town, village, area...)

- fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written

- Good English skills

- good interpersonal and communication skills 

- great teamwork skills

- ability to follow specific technical institutions

- honesty, integrity, and professionalism

recommended:

- previous surveying experience is highly recommended

- knowledge of French is an added value
