Coach

Under the general supervision and guidance of the Programme Director of the “Youth-led Social Cohesion” project, the coach will be responsible for outreaching, training, and supporting the YLGs and SSCs, and reporting back to the director, field coordinator, and MEAL officer.

Job Description :

•    Plan and implement relevant training field activities
•    Support in the outreach within the targeted area;
•    Contribute to the development of available materials;
•    Prepare field reports;
•    Prepare and file relevant documents; 
•    Report weekly & monthly on activities and results;
•    Attend meetings with SSCs and YLGs;
•    Support YLGs in designing and implementing recreational activities;
•    Support the implementation of Youth-Led Initiatives and community service activities; 
•    Coordinate with the MEAL officer in order to properly document activities (Photos, small videos…);
•    Develop a weekly plan 
•    Actively engage with relevant YLGs in both the hub and in the community;

General Skills :

Bachelor Degree in Social Science , Political Science or any other relevant Field 

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience

Communication and reporting skills, preferably from a multi-cultural environment

Performing under pressure

Being proficient in English, Arabic in both written and oral skills
