- Preparing schedules and activities material in line with the curriculum provided.
- Implement these sessions in a periodical manner. Revise sessions according to each feedback/evaluation and constantly adapt approaches and exercises.
- Ensure the adults and Older persons participate in all activities.
- Document all necessary feedback and provide regular monitoring reports to the project manager on the progress of adults and older persons.
- Ensure that all older, adults, and caregivers are aware of any accountability/ complaint mechanism.
- Participating with the team in the recruitment of beneficiaries for psycho-social activities.
- Filling up daily, weekly, and monthly forms and records (registration, monitoring, referrals and reporting on implementation) in collaboration with other team members.
- Offering information and support.
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams and trainings/meetings regarding, for example mental health.
- Ensure the use of good facilitation skills that make the adults and older persons feel comfortable and enhance their participation and personal development.
- Ensure that adults and older persons are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activity and that they feel safe and respected.
- Positively interact with adults and older persons and encourage them to express their needs and ensure their safety.
- Recommending and referring a particular case to the best course of action.
- Participating in evaluation focus groups and meetings.
- Visit the centers and main office when needed.
- Perform, as required, other tasks directed by the management.
