Warehouse Officer - Makassed Hospital

• Makassed Hospital is now hiring a Warehouse Officer

• Job Objective:

Receive, store, and distribute Hospital stores’ materials, ensuring availability of adequate materials’ quantities on hand when needed.

• Main Tasks:
• Ensure the proper labeling of store items, their order and placement within the storage areas
• Issue items as per units’ requests for issue of inventory items and monitor loading and packaging activities while ensuring proper delivery to concerned units
• Ensure that materials with the earliest expiry date are taken out of the warehouse first according to First Expire/first out FEFO procedure.
• Participate in preparing daily stock balance of items in stores and archive all the unit’s relevant documents
• Discharge store items before their expiry date
• Inspect store items for the inventory reconciliation process
• Participate in preparing statistics reports on unused materials with more than 3 months of storage
• Prepare bills of exchange (سندات الصرف ) for units according to the annual budget allocated to each unit

• Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in the healthcare sector would be a plus
