Essential Functions and Areas of Accountability:
- Mapping and outreach farmers
- Conduct visits to fill the baseline with farmers at the farm level
- Support for organizing a community event
- Outreach and register beneficiaries interested in the vocational training component.
- Assist in distributing toolkits
- Support on any other tasks upon the request of the supervisor
Job Specifications
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study with 1 year of experience working the outreach tasks, data collection, and field related activities with vulnerable communities;
- Ability to work with refugee populations and demonstrate a respectful attitude and cultural sensitivity.
- Mature personality with a strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge in Excel and Word.
