Head of research and surveys

The candidate will lead the surveyors and will need to have solid managerial experience working in such a position and a comprehensive knowledge of the Lebanese market and the different stakeholders and specificities, and the ability to attract potential partners and clients. 

The ideal candidate must have :

- masters in statistics, surveys, political science, sociology, and other related fields

- experience in surveys and statistics (7+ years)

- experience in qualitative and quantitative research

- previous managerial positions and experience in leadership and management

- excellent command of English and Arabic (to read news sources, conduct interviews, and write research and reports)

- good knowledge of statistics programs, excel, word, and deep research

- the ability to work and deliver excellent quality work on time 

- proactive and willing to take responsibility and propose new ideas!

- knowledge of the surveys and statistics Lebanese market 

- previous experience working at a large statistics and research and surveys institute in Lebanon or outside

- a solid grasp of sampling, data collection, writing survey questions, and validation

- knowledge of holding and organizing focus groups and managing the questions and answers
