REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LTA WITH TAXI SERVICE COMPANY-LEBANON

Purpose of Assignment  

The objective is to have an LTA agreement with a TAXI services company that can provide safe and proper transportation for Search staff across Lebanon.

 

Scope of Work:

Supplier must provide:

  1. Trip rates from Search For Common Ground office in Achrafieh Tabaris  to Beirut and to different areas of Lebanon (By KM)
  2. Visit areas : Akkar  / Bekaa  / South / Tripoli /Beirut /Mount Lebanon
  3. Prices for different vehicle categories: 2x4, 4x4 ,7 seater, 24 passenger bus , 30 Passenger bus  
  4. Half day Taxi rate (6 to 8 hours trip), additional KM fees
  5. Full day Taxi rate (8 to 10 hours trip), additional KM fees
  6. Access to online booking system and/or App
  7. Bi-Weekly rates In LBP and  USD

 

  Offers should include:

  1. Waiting time lapse (free and charged time)
  2. Cancellation fees (state minimum time to cancel)
  3. TVA to be reflected in the prices
  4. Estimated time of taxi arrival to Achrafieh-Tabaris
  5. Availability To Provide Search with Bi-Weekly Rates due To the economic crisis in the country

1. The technical proposal with company profile and services rendered. The main proposal must not be more than 5 pages.

Kindly add if the cars fleet is owned by the company or by the drivers.

 

2. At least three reference letters from previous assignments successfully completed (at least 2 INGOs). Recommendation letters preferred (to be consolidated in the Cover Letter). 

 

3. A financial proposal (consolidate in one pdf) stating:

  • The price quotation of each item presented above.
  • Validity of price offer.
  • Delivery terms and conditions (lead time in South ,Tripoli , Bekaa , Akkar)
  • Proposed payment plan (currency , bank , payment terms)
  • Legal papers of registration. (Commercial, registration, tax documents).
