- Job Objective:
The Human Resources Information System Officer oversees HR database, software and computer system. Manages HR Data, maintains the system, implements (process) improvements, and analyzes data.
- Main Tasks:
Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
Manage Employees attendance & maintain HR Database.
Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports.
Optimize HRIS processes including payroll-attendance administration.
Track employee’s vacation balance and leaves.
Enter new employee details in the HR system and manage the information through regular updates as necessary.
Proactively highlight attendance issues and raise concerns to the Head of Department.
Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.
Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation and provides user training and hands-on support for staff.
Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support.
Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Head of the Department.
- Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management information systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
Possess extensive experience in HRIS administration in a similar role to align information technology expertise with knowledge of Human Resources, preferably in a hospital setting.
Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
Good interpersonal, communication and technical support skills.
Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
