EOI-CBT Curriculum developer for “Solar PV systems Installation for residential use” 70.3044.8-001.00 VTE4all

The VTE4all project financed by the EU and implemented by GIZ, is designed to support Lebanon in the context of the protracted displacement crisis providing job-related competences for vulnerable Lebanese, Syrians and Palestinians. The main project approach is participatory and based on capacity development which aims to empower key stakeholders in Vocational and Technical Education. The project activity consists in developing curricula of Competency Based Training (CBT) modules in construction. However, the current economic and electricity crisis in the country, the EDL feed time that does not exceed 2 hours per day, and the surge in diesel prices have created a high demand for distributed small scale solar PV installations and hence the need to train for skills and competences in that regard. Therefore, a Short-Term Expert (STE) will be involved in the development of a curriculum for “Installing small scale solar PV systems for residential use”.
