End-line Assessment Volunteers (10 Positions)

NEF is looking for a dynamic, organized, and self-starting End-line Assessment Volunteer during the months of September – November 2022. Working with NEF staff in Beirut and NEF field officers in Halba, Tripoli Beirut Mount Lebanon, Saida and Bekaa, the volunteer will be responsible of conducting the end of year assessments with NEF project beneficiaries remotely via phone. NEF will provide an opportunity for the volunteer to develop their knowledge and skills related to conducting assessments, data collection and monitoring.

The volunteer will work directly with NEF’s Field Officers. S/he will play a key role in: (1) Conducting end of year assessments with project beneficiaries; (2) Collecting and storing data on the designated platforms (KOBO and Excel); (3) Coordinating with NEF Field Officers on the progress.

Candidates should demonstrate:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work within a team.
4. Strong computer skills, including the proficient use of processing tools such as Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preference will be given to candidates with a Social work or psychology background and with language competency in English and Arabic
