Outreach Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Interview job seekers having physical, or sensory disabilities or people with financial challenges.
  • Initiate formal contact and collaborations with NGOs.
  • Document internal and external reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments in order to ensure target outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational background: Social work or previous experience in NGO or outreach.
  • Proven minimum 2 years of experience as a social worker or outreach officer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Language: Arabic and English fluent, French is a plus

Competencies:

  • Mission-driven and social spirit.
  • Leadership skill: Taking initiative and problem-solving.
  • Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
