OBJECTIVE
In charge of the resourcing & recruitment process in accordance to internal rules & regulations
MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify recruitment needs with Heads of Departments and receive Staff Requisition Forms to initiate the recruitment process on the needed vacancy and validate the budget through investigation and analysis
- Supervise and Monitor the Recruitment Life Cycle implemented by the Talent Acquisition Team for the junior and mid-level positions making sure that Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) principles are being followed
- Contribute in the shortlisting of candidates
- Lead the recruitment Life Cycle for the senior and managerial level positions in close coordination with the Head of Human Resources
- Propose salary and grade of the selected candidate to Upper Management based on qualifications, interview evaluation results and Caritas Lebanon salary scale
- Prepare Offers to selected external candidates and coordinate with heads of departments on employees’ transfers and/or promotion plans
- Liaise with the respective departments on employees’ contracts renewal and budget allocation
- Raise employees’ concerns and complaints to the Head of Human Resources
- and Management in order to agree on the adequate solutions
- Liaise with the Head of Human Resources and the Management on employees’ terminations, warnings and disciplinary measures
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee the exit clearance and employees’ off-boarding process
- Lead, counsel and guide the Talent Acquisition Team on performance related issues and talent development
- Report to the Head of Human Resources weekly matters that necessitate approval from HR Board
WORK CONTACTS
Inside the Organization:
- Daily contact with employees from all the departments, to interview and assess, and follow-up on the status.
- Weekly contact with Unit Heads, Department Managers/Network Managers, to discuss their recruitment needs, follow-up on interviewed candidates, or inform them of the status of the candidates they sponsor.
Outside the Organization:
- Daily contact with candidates to test/interview, and provide feedback on applications.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Academic: University graduate in a related field
Other Qualifications: Communication, writing, analytical and negotiation skills
Additional Training: Interviewing Skills is a must
Related Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment & resourcing
Language skills: English and Arabic
Computer Literacy: Office Automation; MS (excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio)
