Sports Management - Trainer

Over the past 20 years, investments in public infrastructure, the mobilization of resources, and the creation of new professions and jobs have all contributed to the sports industry's expanding influence on the global economy. A lot of people who want to work in sports today have options thanks to one of the professional areas with the strongest economic momentum.

As a result of this growth, SEAC intends to provide training that will assist participants in broadening their knowledge and improving their abilities, thus providing them with opportunities to better their socioeconomic situation.

Job Description

- Train 20 persons on Sports Management Theoratical and Practical

- Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the participants

- Making teaching plans for the Sports Business Program

- Preparing and setting pre-post tests,

- Use continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive sessions

- Providing appropriate feedback to the participants

- Draft reports and presentations on the improvement of student learning when required.

Job Requirements

- Candidate who can train on sports business, with an experience in sports business and investement

- Minimum 3-5 year(s) practice as a sport trainer/investor

- Knowledge of current trends and developments in sectors

- Apply different methods for the improvement of participants

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills

- A patient and resilient personality

Responsibilities

- Prepare materials and activities

- Assign homework and interesting exercises

- Identify participants with special requirements and create individualized plans

- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior

- Keep a record of participants attendance and grades

- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict

- Collaborate with staff and administrators to foster a good participants experience
