Outreach
•Liaise with collaborative partners during the outreach process
•Initiate the first contacts with applicants and take part in the selection of the final list of participants
•Contribute to the production of materials registration forms, surveys, invitations, presentation & briefs…in a variety of media; to support the delivery of the workshops in consultation with the project manager.
Coordination
•Help develop methods of project initiation, execution, and delivery
•Assist in overseeing project implementation and respective activities
•Deal with the day-to-day planning and support in the supervision of specific projects and teams to carry out associated duties
•Coordinate the implementation of the project with the other parties (Partners, participants, etc...)
•Support in tracking projects performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
•Work closely with the Project Manager in the overall implementation of project
Logistics
•Suggest potential training venues & confirm the reservation once decided on
•Make sure that the venue is equipped with all the necessary facilitation material to conduct all the training sessions successfully
•Finalize the reservations of accommodation, transportation & catering for participants, trainers…etc
Social Media & Communication
•Assist in developing and maintains online content that attracts attention, generates interest, and is easily shared on social media platforms
•Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, presentations and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities
•Advise on various, creative, diversified and effective channels to communicate to external audiences
Reporting
•Develop activities reports and update of the implementation plans
•Maintain relevant project data
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience in outreach or communications role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
