Multi-Media Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for working on the creative development of digital and non-digital marketing and promotional materials, creating all graphic and visual artwork for the following media: Digital and Non-Digital marketing assets, Social media assets, Email assets, Website assets, Internal and external publications, Print assets and Campaign assets.

MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Activities

  • Oversee all Design Projects from Concept to Deliverable
  • Develop and produce social media posts for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website etc.)
  • Create an exciting, engaging, and interactive online experience (with feeds, stories, carousels, IGTV, etc.)
  • Execute layout and design for key project deliverables
  • Conceptualize and execute effective informational graphics/ maps
  • Ensure consistent branding and design integrity of project deliverables
  • Ensure Caritas Lebanon's Visual Presentation is Up to Date
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with teams to determine the visual approach
  • Review artwork before sharing it with printing houses
  • Participate in brainstorms and concept development
  • Complete a project successfully individually or in teams
  • Meet project deadline
  • Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture
  • Implement the marketing plan and follow up on the execution of the yearly marketing calendar
  • Prepare and update and design Power Point presentations when requested

Generic Duties

  • Follow Caritas Lebanon operational policy and procedures
  • Respect the internal policies and procedures for example: dress code, attendance, discipline, etc..
  • Complete schedules, activity planners, monitor staff availability and act against any shortfalls
  • Resolve any staff issues and escalate any unresolved issue to the related manager
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the head of department

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Academic: 

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation or any related field in visual communication

Master’s degree or any related certificate is a plus

Other Qualifications: Communication, writing, analytical and negotiation skills

Additional Training: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and ability to foster teamwork

Related Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in related field

Language skills: English and Arabic

Computer Literacy: MS-Word / MS-Excel – Intermediate level
