Trainings
- Assist in organizing between 25 and 50 training sessions to frontline workers on PCR testing;
- Assist in the coordination with the epidemiologic surveillance unit at MOPH to provide the training materials and facilitate the training sessions;
- Collect all the needed means of verification for the training sessions and submit them to the MEAL team;
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Operations to reserve the suitable venues for the trainings,
- Coordinate with the supply chain and operations and with the finance departments to ensure payment for the training facilitators and attendees are issued on a timely manner;

PHCCs-related deliverables
- Assist the Public health officer in monitoring the availability of all supplies and equipment needed for the health facilities, and that the PCR testing kits are being requested to prevent any shortages in supplies;
- The job holder should ensure that any gaps, delays and concerns regarding implementation are directly reported to the Program Coordinator in order to identify corrective actions accordingly;
- Assist in the preparation and coordination to provide the needed trainings for the staff at the supported PHCC and provide on Job guidance;
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while working or coordinating with beneficiaries, their family members, any internal or external party; any incident or work-related conflict should be immediately reported to the Program Coordinator. The Job holder should avoid going into any work-related communication which might jeopardize the relationship of RI with any party;
- The job holder should demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness and objectivity when dealing with the beneficiaries under all circumstances.
- Responsible for collecting and compiling the monthly payment documents and submission to the finance team on a timely manner.
- The job holder must ensure that the documents are developed in an effective and efficient manner while emphasizing quality and accuracy at all times.
Staff Care (for Directors/Managers/Coordinator/Supervisors)
- Review Staff Care issues with the direct reports on a regular basis; continuously monitor individual staff members’ capacity for self-care; and take adequate actions to ensure that staff well-being measures are in place and in alignment with the RI’s policies. Ensure an adequate attendance and participation in all Staff Care trainings as requested by the Organization and Country office.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor in Nursing, Laboratory or Public health
- One (1) year work-related experience with vulnerable populations in emergency field activities
- Commitment to beneficiary accountability and humanitarian ethics
- Ability to effectively communicate with refugees and host population
- Ability to best represent RI in meetings and workshops
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent skills related to Microsoft Office
