Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Salam LADC’s Bekaa warehouse in line with our Fixed Assets Policy, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- Ensure that project equipment, and equipment in the Salam LADC office and volunteer apartment, is in working order and arrange maintenance or repairs as necessary
- Ensure that Salam LADC’s vehicles are properly maintained and safe to use, arrange repairs as necessary; this is to include keeping vehicle insurance current
- Handle all procurement needs in line with Salam LADC’s Procurement Policy
- Provide accountant with invoices on a weekly basis
- Handle assessments for distributions and lead or assist with distributions as required, adhering to Salam LADC’s Field Conduct and Safeguarding policies
Qualifications Required
Essential
- Native Arabic speaker
- Intermediate English level (CEFR Level B1 or above)
- Driving license
- Excellent knowledge of Central Bekaa area
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, willingness to take initiative
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a diverse team
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 1+ years of experience working in logistics
