MHPSS Officer - Aleppo Syria

Result Area 1: Technical and Capacity building

• Contribute to the strategy of intervention, in direct collaboration with the technical team and other staff;
• Oversee the capacity building, monitoring, quality-assuring and evidence-building in the projects with regards to MHPSS.
• Technical follow-up of the project and teams to ensure compliance of the activities to technical guidelines provided by MHPSS TC and international standards in MHPSS
• Direct management and monitoring of project activities and implementation, in close collaboration with logistics, administrative and finance departments.

Result Area 2: Organisation/management

• Ensuring the implementation of the project and its re-orientation when needed;
• Support the project manager to plan and implement the project
• Support the project manager in updating planning documents
• When possible, participation in relevant local cluster, coordination, or working group meetings

Result Area 3: Internal and external reporting

• Support to the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual (final) reports in English.

• Provide internal reporting to the project manager and MHPSS TC according to Dorcas internal tools
• Support in the reporting for the donors
