Registered as an NGO in Lebanon, Adyan works locally, regionally and internationally for pluralism, inclusive citizenship, community resilience, and spiritual solidarity, through home grown solutions in Education, Media, Policy, and intercultural and interreligious relations. Adyan is registered in Lebanon as a non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO), under registration number 1103 by a ministerial decree dated 18 September 2008.

2. Scope of Work – Information Hub:

Adyan Foundation is requesting proposals for custom website design and development to create comprehensive responsive web design that is responsive, trendy and built on latest technologies and frameworks. Also, it should be tailored according to our organizational structure: departments, projects, digital platforms, country offices, etc.

Adyan Foundation’s main homepage will feature links to multiple web-pages in 3 languages: Arabic, English and French redirecting the audience to Adyan websites (Adyan Iraq office, Adyan Hubs and E-learning platform)

The company should deliver a fully functional website using latest programming technologies, (.net).

Agency’s Responsibilities:

1. Identifying adequate platforms, tools, and resources for the implementation of the website and ensuring best hosting.
2. Complete web design and development, in coordination with the media and project teams.
3. Providing full technical and back-end support, in addition to annual Website/Hub hosting domain renewals.
4. Generating audience reports, including data on demographics and user engagement through a newsletter strategy.
5. Optimize SEO
6. Analyse user data.
7. Advise on website opt-ins and copy.
8. Map out how digital assets will be optimized for better traffic results.
9. Providing full technical and back-end support to ensure best continuation and tracking of digital media campaigns and audience retargeting.
10. General Data Protection & Regulation; safety and security measures (EU policies/ allow cookies)

Include Website accessibility tools to visually impaired audiences.
