PSS Trainer for Social Workers – Mental Health Program

Amel Association International is looking for a qualified and experienced PSS specialist / trainer to train its team of mental health social workers. 

Therefore, Amel Association invites qualified and experienced PSS specialist/ trainer to submit offers for training services as per the below.

Objectives
  1. Reflect on current practices in individualized PSS and means to implement them.
  2. Train social workers on emotional crisis management.
  3. Equip social workers and team members with needed tools to plan and conduct effective awareness sessions.
  4. Increase the creativity of social workers when planning PSS activities and events.
Roles and responsibilities
  1. Develop training content
  2. Deliver two days training 
Deliverables/output
  1. Prepare training agenda and material,
  2. Prepare a range of interactive exercises and simulations, including “hands-on” practice of skills, to support training content and objectives 
  3. Develop training reports including pre/posttest and training evaluation analysis.
