household visits to provide to the most vulnerable communities, basic antenatal
post-natal and neonatal care.
Salary [400-500$] Monthly, a number of beneficiaries should be targeted.
Provide Key
messages and education on antenatal care, postnatal care, newborn, child and
adolescents health early stimulation and birth registration.
Detect high-risk pregnancies and refer to
the closest PHC.
Facilitate referral of
beneficiaries (women, adolescents and child) to local primary care centers and local
governmental hospitals by overseeing the referral process.
Some MWs according to
their residency near selected PHCs are requested to provide 1-2 days support to
the PHCCs lacking midwifery services to ensure to provide proper clinical
services and facilitating the referral of pregnant women to hospitals.
Compile monthly statistical report on the number of beneficiaries
followed up through home visit and health education at the PHC and community
level.
