- Deliver life skills activities for caregivers based on Curriculum through mobile and center-based activities
- Deliver Parenting skills activities for caregivers based on the NABAD’s parenting skills modules:
- Coach volunteers in the delivery of like skills activities for adolescents and the Parenting skills for caregivers
- Refer youth that might need additional individual services to case management team members
- Collaborate with CP caseworkers and other CP team members to ensure GBV and child protection responses are taking into account specific needs, vulnerabilities of adolescent girls and boys and youth-friendly communication techniques are used.
- Daily collect data on the activities organized and ensure that all the relevant forms are duly filled and shared.
- Promptly reports concerns or incidents to NABAD’s management and liaising with community leaders and other external parties as required to maintain/enhance the security environment for NABAD’s Programs
- Ensure activities are done in accordance with NABAD’s logistics policy and in a timely manner to ensure the successful implementation of programs
