1.TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC is seeking to enter into a framework agreement with a company that provides office helpers for cleaning services in their Adlieh Office and Programme Centers in Sin El Fil, Clemenceau and Bourj Hammoud.

1.MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.
