Call for Proposal - Consultant for Peace and Conflict Analysis of Project Target Communities

The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 40 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including Community Health Centers (following the MoPH Primary Healthcare Program), Mobile Medical Units, Elderly Day Care Centers, Hosting Centers for the Differently Abled persons and projects for the displaced and refugees.

The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML), with the support of its partner Malteser International (MI), has recently developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its health and social services as well as its agriculture programs.

In this framework, the Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta / Order of Malta Lebanon is releasing a Call for Proposal for the submittal of proposals related to Consultant for Peace and Conflict Analysis of Project Target Communities covering several areas in Lebanon.

The details of the proposal requirements and submittals are detailed in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR), ref. LLP2 0183.2022.

How to Apply

The interested consultant(s) should submit a Proposal that must include all the following:

  • Technical Proposal including:
    1. A cover letter explaining why the applicant considers itself the most suitable candidate for the work
    2. Description of previous experience including CV in similar projects with at least two examples of comparable pieces of work (or recent consultancy if no comparable work is available)
    3. Detailed methodology and work plan (acces to field, sampling, conducting the assessment, tools...), results framework, risk management plan.
    4. Detailed Schedule of Work Plan and Deliverables
  • Financial Proposal including:
  1. Costs for travel, accommodation, per diem etc. per location proposed
  2. Consultant Fees o Other parameters if applicable
  • Information on availability for the assignment

The proposals must be sent by email no later than November 11th, 2022 to anna-maria.nassour@ordredemalteliban.org specifying in the subject the RFP# LLP2 0183.2022 and the project name.
