SCI is in the process of hiring an external consultant/consultancy firm to conduct an End of Project Evaluation - “Reducing vulnerabilities for refugees and Lebanese host communities and strengthening Lebanese civil society” August 2022 . The attached TOR has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response, should you wish.

Interested consultants/consultancy firms are required to submit their proposals to the following email address: leb.procurement@savethechildren.org using the following subject line “PR181267 – EOPE_DANIDA”.

Proposals must include the following:

• Outline of evaluation framework and methods, analysis techniques, proposed time frame and work plan
• Proposed evaluation budget and proposed payment schedule aligned with deliverables schedule
• CVs and evidence of past evaluation papers for each team member
• Evaluation Criteria attached filled and completed
• Example of previously conducted evaluation
