Consortium Program Manager - Beirut

The Opportunity

The Consortium Program Manager will be based in Beirut Head Office Lebanon and will manage the implementation of two consortiums programming across Lebanon. The Program Manager is expected to lead on overall programme delivery, lead on internal coordination and support external follow up with partners. The Program Manager will work closely with the chief of party while deputizing the role as needed.  

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

  • Degree in Education, International Relations, management, business administration
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Multi-sectorial Knowledge of established inter-agency standards and guidelines specially in Education, Child protection, Social Protection, and Livelihoods
  • Experience in coordination with local and international NGOs and humanitarian actors
  • Demonstrated experience in successful delivery on Programs in humanitarian or development contexts
  • Previous experience in managing teams, including staff training and capacity building of organizational staff and partner staff
