- TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC funded by the KFW German Development Bank is seeking to engage contractors for Infrastructure Upgrade to assist in implement Housing-related Infrastructure Upgrades consisting of Street Level & Community Site Improvements in Saadnayel Municipality – Hay El Omariah. The works will include pavement rehabilitation and proper levelling for the roads, implement new storm-water channels and rehabilitate existing ones, install new streetlights and provide maintenance for existing ones, last but not least, construct new communal space within the Cemetery Area.
These projects are summarized in two (2) different Lots as below:
Lot 1 – Construction of Communal Space (Saadnayel-Hay El Omariah Cemetery Area)
Lot 2 – Road Rehabilitation and Storm Water Channels (Saadnayel-Hay El Omariah)

Any request for clarification on ITB documents shall be submitted via NRC e-tendering website using the link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before the deadline (November 28,2022). NRC will reply to all registered bidders by November 29,2022.

3. MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.
