The Theater Trainer is required to:
- Prepare a lesson plan with logistical needs and presentations for the training.
- Provide 12 training sessions on theater including practical application with the participants.
- Reporting on every session and evaluating the lesson plan and the applictions.
- Follow-up after the sessions and making sure the participants are able to continue with the practice.
- Produce a theatrical performances with the participants for an exhibition by the end of the program.
