Gender Specialist

- Establishing policies and/or procedures for gender equality and inclusion

-Ensure and build the capacities of stakeholders to adopt a more gender specific language within their policies and day to day work (with a focus on gender equality and inclusion in peace building and decision making contexts

-Work with project staff to ensure gender is appropriatly integrated in trainings and activities

-Build the capacities of the staff when required on everything related to gender equality and inclusion  

-Document successful activities and methodologies for gender inclusion 

-Prepare and submit reports when required

-Other tasks contributing to meeting gender equality and women's peace building and active political participation
