Oxfam in Lebanon, with the support of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), and in partnership with Marsa Sexual Health Center, is implementing a project entitled “Power to Choose Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Young Women and Adolescent Girls” (SRHR Program 2021–2029). This multi-country initiative aims at addressing existing gaps in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in 7 countries in sub-Saharan Africa (DRC and Ghana), in the Middle East (Jordan, Lebanon, oPt), and in Latin America (Bolivia and Honduras).
This project builds on Oxfam’s expertise in using a rights-based approach as well as on Oxfam’s and its local partners’ knowledge and experience through working on shifting power relations and social norms, to collectively advocate for changes to harmful social norms and policies. Communication activities designed include developing a unified visual identity and branding for this project, which will be employed throughout the entire duration of the project to disseminate the designed audio-visual content, including informative factual graphics and human-interest stories.

Oxfam, in collaboration with Marsa, is looking to hire a Communications Expert Consultant to develop a comprehensive digital communication and visibility strategy for Oxfam and Marsa.
The aim of this comprehensive digital communication and visibility strategy is:

- Communicate results and achievements with relevant target audiences.
- Showcase Global Affairs Canada and Oxfam and their contribution to SRHR.
- Disseminate social media posts for project visibility and digital presence on Oxfam’s (Facebook and LinkedIn) and Marsa’s (Facebook and Instagram) through publishing the project’s designed information, human-interest stories, videos, and social-media friendly material.
