Monitoring Field Work:

• Monitoring a group of workers
• Direct contact with ACTED Outreach Officer
• report to line manager on activities done on a daily basis

Reporting:

• Ensure a daily quantitative and qualitative reporting through the tools

To demonstrate an ethic and professional practice:

• Respect beneficiary confidentiality.
• Respect and promote ACTED’s Policies and report to your line manager any non-respect of ACTED’s policies amongst the teams or partners
• Address needs and requests in a professional way
• Report any incident or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others.
• Ability to interact with children in the presence or the absence of their parents
