Introduction:

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) established in 2003, is a nongovernmental, secular association that works through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations (CSOs) to meet the needs of the local community on the basis of sustainable development. These relationships are part of the organization scale up ability.

DPNA’s Vision is to have a democratic and non-violent society where all citizens enjoy their rights and freedoms. As for its Mission, it is to educate, empower, mobilize, and enable citizens to change and meet the needs of the communities specifically the marginalized groups in rural, bordered, and poverty areas, on the basis of human rights and sustainable development.

About the program:

This tender is part of an initiative implemented under the partner framework agreement with DanChurchAid- DCA. 

Funded by DANIDA, the project titled “Supporting communities loving in areas affected by high level of poverty in South Lebanon through enhancing individual livelihoods and community investments” contributes to enhancing the living environment and livelihood of individuals residing in poverty induced areas in Saida that are particularly affected by the Lebanese multi-layered crisis. In addition to improving access to basic services for individuals residing in poverty induced areas that are particularly affected by the Lebanese multi-layered crisis.

About the Bid:

DPNA is looking forward to implementing an installation of 80 public solar power light in Taamir area to improve access to safe public spaces through illumination of Taamir area by solar lighting. Information regarding the Bid are mentioned in the attached BOQ and drawing. Suppliers interested in applying should submit the following documents:

Required documents:

• BOQ completed and stamped (attached)
• List of similar projects completed within the last 5 years.
• Time schedule 
• Commercial Register Certificate
• Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance
• Not subject to legal proceedings from the court
• Copy of the ID of the representative of the company
