Bidders need to submit the below by an email to : logsmanager-zah@medair.org by December 9 ,2022.
1-Proof availability of trucks 10-ton Load for example Hino with drivers (with Driver’s License)
2-Proof of all risk Insurance for all trucks
3-Legal registration documents for the company
4-VAT registration documents
5-Fresh USD account
6-Supplier registration form(Attached)
7-Request for quotation (RFQ) attached, please do not add VAT (later will share the VAT exemptions with the winning bidder(s)
Note: If you are outsourcing trucks, you should mention this in the bid and provide the related documents
