Outreach Program Coordinator- Scope of Work

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm (adjustable based on activities and events)

Strategic

• Draft a community outreach strategic yearly action plan including a clear positioning and objective for outreach interventions as well as a monthly plan of action with a timeline for online and offline activities that can support Skoun’s work across different regions.
• Plan and Oversee outreach activities in support of Skouns departments' (drug prevention, advocacy, and treatment) 

Operational

• Coordinate the teamwork of 12 field outreach workers in Beqaa, Beirut and the North
• Conduct mapping of intervention areas and plan interventions accordingly
• Set areas & monthly calendar of interventions with Outreach Volunteers; adapt as needed and share monthly with the project manager.
• Conduct regular team meetings & communication with Outreach volunteers to review previous interventions, assess with the team and provide any other support as needed.
• Ensure that 2 to 4 outreach interventions are implemented by each outreach worker every month
• Draft monthly reports including all implemented activities, and the M&E of these activities using Skoun’s tools and templates
• Develop, adapt or re-adjust appropriate and accessible communication / IEC and awareness-raising tools in coordination with relevant Skoun staff.
• Provide content for digital and online outreach in coordination with Skoun’s communication consultant
• Research and follow up with other organizations and networks working on mental health and health, in general, to map out outreach efforts carried out by others in the areas of interventions.
• Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities
• Organize, follow up and report on voluntary counseling and testing sessions for HIV and Other STIs with the different outreach team workers
• Coordinate with Skoun departments' for outreach support
• Prepare reports for donors/ partners
• Draft concept notes/ briefs for outreach-related activities
• Other tasks as needed
