Help Desk Coordinator - Prospective

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive all sorts of complains positively at Help Desk.
• Assist the beneficiaries to solve all kinds of common arising problems instantly in consultation with project team.
• Prepare the compliant template, write down all the complaints of the beneficiaries, then send the complaint referral template to Project Manager for review.
• Be liable to provide right information to the beneficiaries.
• Provide information of any irregularities to the line Manager.
• Assist project team in database updating and necessary documentation.
• Assist in providing related input to facilitate report preparation.
• Act as a key source to ensure the safety of team members and beneficiaries from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals and establish a safe working environment.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

• Have excellent reporting skill.

• Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.

• Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications, and Excel.
• Excellent language skills both English and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation skills.
• Have excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations.
• Experience with In-Kind food distribution projects is highly desirable.
