Position Title: Soft Skills Digital Consultant

Job Description:

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Developing soft and life skills training material
• Building activities on the developed material to be digitalized
• Following up with the provider on execution
• Testing and confirming functionality of the system and report bugs

Workplace type: Hybrid

Job Location: Hadath, Beirut

Experience and requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of coaching and training experience.
• Minimum 1 year in digital education or e-learning platforms.
• Perfect English and Arabic skills.
• Expertise in digitalizing the learning, creating interactive activities online, using e-learning platforms, transforming activities in training into gamified modules, create content, quizzes, questions, and propose evaluation method of the activity.
• Eye on the competition for similar modules developed and recommendation on best methodology for proposed courses.
• Capable to create scenarios for activities and quizzes, and accordingly refer visuals, videos, articles…for optimal coherent content creation.
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and lessons digitalization (Moodle preferably).
• Experience working with youth from a TVET background from vulnerable communities.
• NGO experience is a plus.
• Open to provide minimal interventions on support/clarifications on built activities after submission of deliverables.

Education Level: BA degree in Management or HR.
