Peace Through Sport Trainer

Responsibilities of trainer: 

• Implement training of peace through sports and deep diving curriculums with youth 
• Attend meetings with the team 
• Attend capacity-building sessions 
• Attend virtual calls with the U.S

Implementation Location:

• Bekaa;
• Beirut.

Planned timelines: 

Implementation Duration for Round 5: 

• 1st January 2023- 31 March 2023 (Bekaa Area);
• 1st April 2023- 30th June 2023 (Bekaa Area);
• 1st July 2023- 30th September 2023 (Beirut Area). 

Peace Through Sports Curriculum: 2 months

• Coaches Across Continents: 3 weeks; 2 implementation days per week; 
• Deep Diving: 3 weeks; 3 implementation days per week;
• Youth-led Initiative: 2 weeks; 2 implementation days per week.

Evaluation and Project closing: 1 month 

Specific requirements: 

Qualifications Required: 

Preferred university degree in social science or other related degrees, certified life skills trainer. 

Language requirements:

• Arabic: Fluent (Read- Write- Speak)
• English: Fluent (Read- Write- Speak)

Travel:

Field visits are required by the trainer.
