Tasks and Responsibilities

- Use evidence-based techniques aiming at supporting RDFL’s beneficiaries.

· Manage anxiety and other disorders.

· Manage sleeping and feeding problems.

· Decrease aggression and coping with challenges.

· Intervene in crisis situations.

· Train staff and provide guidance to the RDFL’s team members to promote proper action in handling beneficiaries’ cases.

· Promote a positive communication system between the different departments and colleagues in order to foster quality relations.

· Provide support, assistance and psychological aid to beneficiaries
