PV system for Kfarhay SOS village

SOS Children's Villages Lebanon has the intention to install additional PV generating capacity in the SOS village Kfarhay in Batroun.

The site has an existing ground mounted nominal 10 KWp PV system with 10 KW hybrid controller installed in 2021 without battery storage. The system is connected to the village electricity grid and has a remote monitoring display station in the administration building. However, this system has not been in operation since its installation. The village is connected to EDL utility grid and has a 40 KVA generator, which currently supplies electricity to the village.
