Social Behavior Change Assistant

Result area

 SBC officer who is mainly responsible for guiding the MSCC in protection identification, referral, outreach, and setting up and supporting the work with the MSCC Community Platform, as well as the young volunteers the MSCC Community Platform, are relevant to child rights & protection.

Support and provide technical support to all relevant stakeholders and activities.

Work to set up the project Community Platform’s work plan on a monthly basis on the needs of each district/Village.

Formulates monthly reports on awareness sessions, community dialogues, and home visits

Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Knowledge and Experience

Degree in social work or a related field

Experience in supporting education projects

Strong understanding of refugee issues in the current Lebanese  context

At least 2 years of relevant experience working with children/refugees/vulnerable populations
