Sales Officer Trainer

Duties and Responsibility  :

  • Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
  • Conduct 130 training sessions for beneficiaries.
  • Develop a session plan, prepare learning material.
  • evaluate results to measure the performance of trainees, identify strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare a weekly report.
  • Coordinate with Field Officer and head of center on beneficiaries’ attendance, performance ….

    Requirements and skills:

  • Experience in a sales position.
  • Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle.
  • Ability to design effective sales training programs.
  • Ability to measure the beneficiaries’ performance.
  • Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
  • Ability to work with vulnerable people.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
