Call for Trainers – Occupational Safety Training

The Occupational Safety (OS) Training aims to enhance awareness and disseminate key concepts of OS to workers engaged in Cash for Work (CfW) project activities; to enhance awareness on importance of prevention, learn assessment tools and improvement plans; to train workers on the main pillars of Occupational Safety and the main preventive measures; to improve their understanding on and importance of cooperative relations at workplace.

The salary will be paid in LBP.

Terms of reference:

1. Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in training on Occupational Safety and health-related topics
• Previous experience in training implemented within humanitarian (emergency and/or development) interventions
• Working experience in a multicultural context

2. Skills

• Proficiency in Arabic language (oral / written) mandatory
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good ability to work and use online technology.
• Adapted to multi-national teams
• Ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Autonomy, dynamism, proactivity and flexibility
