Main functions and duties:
- support the Finance/Admin team in updating ICU accounting software with projects' expenses information;
- support the Finance/Admin team in archiving supporting documents of projects expenses in correct file-folders;
- assist the Finance/Admin team in processing procurement of services and material of on-going projects (preparation of drafts of procurement contracts, identification of potential suppliers, etc)
- collaborate with Finance/Admin team in preparing monthly staff payrolls
- assist Finance/Admin team in office management (cleaning scheduling, supplies provisioning, etc)
