Consultant in Marketing - (Food System Challenge – FSC )

Scope of work and Deliverables

 

The Consultant is expected to fulfill, but not limited to the following:

  • Design a digital marketing strategy that fits the company’s needs in terms of pinpointing the company’s identity and targeted audience to increase sales. The strategy might provide different markets tactics (search engine optimization, social media marketing, digital advertising, etc.)
  • Assist the company in re-assessing the targeted market and identifying measurable, specific, time-bound, and achievable marketing goals.
  • Perform updates for the company’s current website, and social media platforms.
  • Support in the development of a marketing plan for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Develop designs, art direction, artworks and video animations for posts, stories, reels, and website.
  • Create targeted ad campaigns (visuals, text, call to action).
  • Provide at the end of the intervention a report thoroughly detailing the milestones achieved and the company’s remaining gaps.
  • Assist in digital strategies and creating content calendars including campaigns for social media & website for at least 2 months forward.

As part of the program’s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to:

  • Deliver a briefing report to the program’s team
  • Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program’s team
  • Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session.

 

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Proven experience of working on a similar project is a must.
  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting on marketing and social media, experience with media organization is an asset.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
Timeline and Application


The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities the soonest after selection; exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both company’s and Consultant’s availabilities. 

Candidates should submit the following documents:

  • Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
  • Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.
  • Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
