Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication, reporting, and pro-active communication skills.
• Skilled at working with local communities and authorities.
• Proficiency in KOBO is a must.
• Strong ability to observe, analyse, take initiative and report to the Project Manager.
• Implement outreach and community engagement activities (households visits, events, meetings with communities, municipalities)
• Well-organized, self-motivated and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to cope and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Commitment.
• Previous experience as a social worker or outreach officer in NGO.
• Preference to candidate with field experience in Akkar area.
• Good social spirit is a must.
