KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the design of Logframe/M&E/ITT document in line with the MEAL manager.
- Support the implementation of activities to monitor program quality as per the M and E plan.
- Design of MEAL and/or project tools as per the M and E plan
- Follow up on the MEAL milestones and tasks as set in the M and E plan.
- Ensure adherence to planned schedules, data collection targets, and reporting deadlines.
- Oversee and follow up on the work of volunteers and data collectors.
- Ensure data collected is shared with relevant parties and is adequately stored.
- Complete quantitative and qualitative data analysis of outcome data.
- Ensure that reporting on actuals and targets is completed as per the project proposal.
- Support in the preparation for and implementation of lessons learned sessions.
- Organize and provide (when needed) refresher M&E trainings for relevant staff.
- Support in the creation and of dashboards.
- Ensure proper identification and filing of project documents.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding deadlines, workflow, and expectations.
- Contribute to interim and final donor narrative report writings (PDM, PIM)
- Lead the logistic activities related to area of work.
- Be flexible, willing to assist in other areas of work as relevant and needed.
- Maintain a transparent, honest and supportive communication structure with the Medair team, beneficiary communities, and beneficiaries and donors.
- QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
- -Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- - ODK and Excel knowledge
- - Good oral and written communication
- -At least 2 years related professional experience.
- - Experience conducting surveys.
- - NGO experience.
- -Excellent oral and written Arabic
- - Moderate written and excellent spoken English
- -Excellently organized with attention to detail.
-Clear communicator, skilled in oral and written communication
- - Excellent capacity to sensibly respond to beneficiary questions and complaints.
- -Flexible in working hours and willing to work in remote areas.
- -Ability to facilitate programme and community interactions regardless of ethnicity, status, gender, origin or affiliation.
- - Sensitive to cross cultural issues.
- - Aware of security considerations.
- - Good judgement in insecure situations.
- - Calm under pressure.
