CBT Social Worker (South Lebanon, Beirut and Mount Lebanon)

SHEILD will include one male and one female social worker to secure a comfortable and stimulating atmosphere for all genders and persons of concern. The protection desk staff will be qualified and well-trained in the principles of interaction and response to various situations.

• Provide aid and information, generate a mechanism to reinforce the cross-cutting gender equality;
• Answer the beneficiaries’ questions in a professional and clear process;
• Fill out daily report;
• Implement an announcement board on the site to make sure that people who do not reach the help desk, can find out all updates and information needed;
• Design an updated mapping service to be shared with beneficiaries so they can reach out the information about service providers with their hotlines. GBV, SGBV and any other protection cases will have the opportunity to request any help needed;
• Conduct awareness and focus group discussions on-site in each distribution day;
